My husband Mike and I planned an epic September vacation to coincide with our 2 year wedding anniversary. We flew into London and spent three full days exploring the city and checking out all the main attractions: Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St. Pauls, Tate Modern, and Shakespeare's Globe. We also got to see Wicked the Musical on Broadway, and it was magical. And finally, we stopped at Platform 9 3/4 while we were at the train station because I am a huge HP nerd. We enjoyed our time in the city and our AirBnB flat was very conveniently located to allow us to see as much as we could fit in to three days. Here are the highlights from London. Enjoy!!
My beautiful best friend Danica got married recently and I was asked to take their wedding pictures. It was such an honor to be a special part of their day. The wedding ceremony was short but sweet, and it was hard not to cry as I looked through my viewfinder. Danica and Nick are perfect for one another and it was an amazing experience to witness their love. Here is a selection from their wedding day.
My sister Taylor and I took a trip to Popham Beach with Ronan. He had a blast playing in the water and sand, destroying sand castles, and people watching. Here are some photos from that day!
Mike and I went up to camp for a week this summer for our vacation. We spent the week kayaking, reading, babysitting our nephew Ronan, and checking out Old Hallowell Day. Here are the pictures from that trip!
Mike's parents recently bought a summer camp in Maine and we went up there recently to help them get it sorted. It's in a beautiful spot on the pond and is so quiet and peaceful. Here are a few pictures from our trip up there.
I went to visit my friend Rachel and we decided to meet somewhere in the middle for us both. I live in Massachusetts and she lives in Connecticut, so we picked Southwicks Zoo as a middle ground. We figured her kids would like it and we were right! Steven was not a fan of the smell of the animals, but still had a good time checking out the giraffes. Alaina was just taking it all in. It was a great day! Here are some shot from the day.
We celebrated my nephews 1st birthday and Ronan had a blast opening all his presents! He got a few outfits, a whole library of books; some great classics we read when we were little, and a fun walker toy.
Recently my sister Taylor drove down to Massachusetts with our mum and her little boy Ronan, and we had his first birthday party at my house. We had a delicious Greek lunch from a local place, had him open all his presents, and then we decided to give him his own cake and see what he would do! The results are pretty darn cute, if I say so myself.
Miss Emmalyn was my first newborn session ever and she was so great! It took us a few hours and a couple times getting her to sleep but she was just so precious. Here are some of my favorites from the session.
